What is a "project"?
A project is one complete conversion — from a design file to exported blocks or generated WXR, regardless of how many pages it contains.
What is the WXR?
The WXR (WordPress eXtended RSS) is WordPress's native import format. Tapeto generates the complete file — structure, pages, menus, header/footer and (in Agency+) CPTs and Loops. Just import it into your WordPress.
How is Tapeto different from other converters?
Most converters export loose blocks or code. Tapeto exports the complete site: menus, header, footer, loops and files — ready to import directly. Nothing rebuilt by hand.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Changes apply immediately. Proportional credit is deducted from the next invoice.
What happens when I use up my monthly projects?
Projects reset on the first day of each billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to continue without waiting.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14-day guarantee on the first payment of any paid plan.
Do I need the WordPress plugin to use Tapeto?
Only if you want direct push. You can always download the JSON or WXR and use it without the plugin.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are shown in US dollars, or in euros if you are in Europe, and exclude VAT/taxes. Applicable tax (e.g. EU VAT) is calculated at checkout based on your billing country; with a valid EU VAT number, businesses in another EU country may be exempt.
